E-ticket service information & reservation method Reservations are required for all flight tickets. When making a reservation, you can make a reservation by e-mail, fax, or telephone with information such as departure/arrival date and a number of people. We will contact you by "email" or "phone" to let you know if we can arrange an airline ticket based on your inquiry. If there are vacant seats, please let us know as we also need the following information.
After confirming the reservation and vacant seat conditions,
an E-ticket will be issued. Within 24 hours after the ticket is issued, the PNR
code (confirmation) will be sent to the customer as a PDF file.
After confirming the E-ticket from the customer, send an invoice from your company. Payment must be completed within 24-48 hours thereafter. Transfer the ticket fee in US dollars (USD). Send the remitted receipt to your company by fax or email. Please pay the e-ticket price by bank transfer.
After confirming payment, we will send you an e-ticket by e-mail or fax "at your request". If you do not deposit within 48 hours, your E-ticket will be canceled.
Cancellation policy: After the final, the following cancellation fee will be charged. "15 days before the date of occurrence" 150 USD "14 to 3 days before the date of occurrence" 25% of the ticket price 30% of "the day before and the day before the day of occurrence" ticket price "on the day of occurrence and NO-SHOW" 100% of the ticket price
Children / Toddlers: 2-11 years old (using seats) pay 70% of adults ・ Infants (unused seats) pay 10% under 2 years old.
