8 days tent accommodation and horseback riding trekking tour in Mongolian prairie

There is no grassland and other buildings as far as the eye can see, and the GobimonTourist Camp is under the wide sky. 15 minutes by car from Buyant Ukhaa Airport. 10 km from the newly opened international airport. The tourist camp is located 42 kilometers south of Ulaanbaatar (Chuo) in a beautiful natural location where you can feel good both physically and mentally. Our tourist camp has a maximum capacity of 120 people. We are fully equipped with facilities and equipment to make your stay comfortable. There is a hall where events such as conferences, weddings, seminars, and dances can be held at Hyundai Restoran, and Western-style individual toilets for men and women, hot and cold water, showers, etc. are prepared. We also offer Mongolian cooked by professional chefs, delicious European high quality food, cold beer and juices that are Mongolian brand products. Accommodation gels are equipped with sandals, clean linens and towels, and a hot shower, flush toilet and a fully equipped kitchen will make your stay comfortable.

After breakfast, you will receive a lecture (explanation) by a nomad (instructor) with a horse traveling along the prairie. After that, we will depart with nomads for a horse trekking experience based at the campsite.

After breakfast, you will experience horse trekking on the prairie with the nomads to the place where the tent was set up.
On the way, we will visit the nomadic Ger. Enjoy handmade cheese from nomads and Kumis depending on the season. Set up a tent. We also make dinner together.
Nomads will travel on a reasonable schedule according to your level of progress, but we aim to travel 15-40km a day.

After breakfast, head to the campsite and experience horse trekking with nomads. Enjoy horseback riding in the prairie.
At the end, you will be given a horseback riding experience completion certificate (diploma).

After breakfast, visit the Genghis Khan statue. Visit the museum and video in the statue of Genghis Khan.

To Ulaanbaatar city tour.
Go shopping at the Tibetan Buddhist temple Gandantegchinlen Temple, Zaisan Hill overlooking the city, Sukhbatr Square in the center of the city, and Zaha (market) where you can get a glimpse of life in the city. In the evening, we will guide you to the Mongolian folk dance concert.

Additional Information
  • The above charges are for one person. Depending on the number of participants, you can participate with a great rate plan.
  • You will be stay in a standard 3-4 star hotels in Ulaanbaatar and a tourist ger camp , shower and other useful services (2-4 people per ger) in the countryside. 
  • If one person uses one hotel room, an additional charge of 40USD per night will be charged.
  • There is an additional charge for single use of Tourist Camp Ger. It is 25 USD per night.
  • A professional English speaking guide and a professional driver will guide you!
  • The vehicle will be a dedicated vehicle that applies to the number of people.
  • Meal conditions: As stated in the itinerary (standard 3 courses) .
  • The contents of sightseeing and meals to be provided may change due to local circumstances such as the weather and the postponement of airplane.
  • We also accept requests for additional stays, private guides, private cars, etc., as well as hotel designation and upgrades.

Application deadline

 

When applying for a tour, please make a reservation at least 15 days before departure (excluding holidays). If you apply for a tour after that, we will reply to the customer once before making arrangements, and we will start making arrangements after confirming that we can contact you reliably. If the departure date is 7 days or later, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us. (Please note that the cancellation charge will be charged 10 days in advance.) Please check the usage guide before applying.
Price remarks

 

This course is for 2 people or more, but it is possible for 1 person to apply. In that case, an additional charge for one person and an additional charge for a single room will be incurred. Please inquire about the price for one person before applying.

Method of payment

After making a reservation by email and phone, we will send a travel confirmation and invoice to your email . After confirming the invoice, you will transfer 50% of the travel fee to our Mongolian bank account. After confirming payment, it will be an official reservation. The 50% balance will be transferred to our bank account before the start of your trip.

  • 20% cancellation charge for all tours cancelled 8-10 business days before arrival.
  • 30% cancellation charge for all tours cancelled 5-7 business days before arrival
  • 40% cancellation charge for all tours cancelled 2-4 business days before arrival.
  • 50% cancellation charge for all tours cancelled 1 business day before arrival.
  • 100% cancellation charge for all tours cancelled the day of arrival.
 Transportation All clients will be met at the airport on arrival and taken to the airport for departure. We provide vehicles and a driver according to the size of group ( tour bus,sedan, van or jeep).
Guide All group tour arrangements ( groups of two or more) include the exclusive service of English (or Russian, Japanese, Spanish and German) speaking guide. Guides for other languages are available upon request.
