Thank you for the tour.
I was anxious about my first winter in Mongolia, but our guide Puujee took very good care of us and it was a lot of fun.
We enjoyed Mongolia's spectacular scenery, ate delicious food, and were able to talk a lot with the nomads in the ger.
He took lots of photos, taught us many things in English, drove long distances, and took great care of us.
It was really fun!
Thank you very much!
I'll save up again and come to Mongolia in summer!

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help.
This is Sumi, who you looked after from 2/16 to 2/19.
I apologize for contacting you so late.
This trip was one I decided on a whim with a friend as a graduation trip. There was little information about Mongolia from the preparation stage, and I greeted the departure day with a pounding heart at the unknown world and the −20°C climate.
After we arrived at the airport, you met us holding a name board, and we could go straight to the ger with peace of mind under the guide.
The next day's tour also went without any trouble, and we truly spent a fulfilling day. Dog sledding, horse riding, camel riding and other contact with animals we can't do as a matter of course in Japan, and the silver world created by great nature, really healed us.
Because of our own mistake, we learned during the tour that the lunar New Year began the next day, and the guide kindly inquired whether the place we wanted to go would be open the next day. (Of course, it wasn't open.)
He even proposed a different alternative, which helped a great deal.
I think that without our guide Puujee Duldui, we couldn't have enjoyed Mongolia for the full four days.
We are grateful for the many kindnesses and the wonderful tour you provided. Thank you very much. It has become our favorite country of all we have traveled to!
Sumi..

Dear Ganzorig,
I'm sorry for the delay; work has been busy since returning home.
This is a message of thanks.
Thank you for arranging a wonderful 2-day, 1-night trip to Terelj National Park.
We are also truly grateful to the kind guide, who took great care of us, who were traveling in a snowy country for the first time.
We enjoyed the long-awaited dog sledding and fully enjoyed the winter nature in Terelj National Park.
The all-white world was truly moving.
When there was a mix-up with the booking on site, it was handled immediately, which helped.
Having experienced Mongolia in winter, I'm thinking of going in summer next.
When that time comes, I would like to ask you again.
Thank you for arranging the trip, the wonderful guide and the wonderful journey.

Thank you very much for your help the other day.
This is Nasu, who took part in the winter South Gobi Desert 4-day, 3-night ger tour from 1/29 to 2/1.
I returned home safely.
It was my first trip to Mongolia, I didn't know the ropes, and I had various worries about a harsh winter trip, but I was able to enjoy it very much.
The endless horizon, the snow scenery unique to winter, livestock leisurely eating grass.
Our guide Birgum's skillful driving, his cheerful personality, and stories of history and geography kept the 2,000 km round trip from getting boring.
Every tourist spot we stopped at had no people, so we always had it to ourselves.
Thanks to Bir, our stay in the ger was also fun and comfortable, and we could eat a variety of dishes.
I had thought a succession of meat dishes might upset my stomach, but Mongolian meat was so delicious that I ate too much.
Ganzorig's email replies were also quick and courteous, which helped a great deal.
I'd like to see Mongolia's summer scenery too, so I'd like to come again.
Thank you very much this time.

Thank you very much for your help this time.
I'm really glad we asked Shine Zuuch Travel for the tour.
It became a very fun Mongolia trip!
Please pass on my thanks to Bir, who looked after us, and to Jaga, who stayed with us.
From ◾️Okazaki.. (Hina)
It was my first trip to Mongolia and I was anxious at first, but that it became a fun trip in the end is thanks to Shine Zuuch Travel.
This time I applied for the plan posted on the site as it was,
but because you told me that if there is something I want to do you will listen to my wishes,
next time I will consult you from the stage of choosing which plan to take.
And above all, the person I most want to thank is Bir, the guide who took care of us.
Since we could talk in English, I felt reassured, and above all I could have a good time.
In the car he taught us about Mongolia and chatted like with a friend, and it was a very fun drive, the best!
Next time I go to Mongolia, I'd like to ask Bir to guide me to the Gobi Desert.
Please also give my regards to the nomad family who looked after us.
Playing with the mother, the father and little Durei was so much fun, and it became a precious memory.
From ◾️Sasaki.. (Hikari)
The tour with Shine Zuuch Travel was not a tour strictly bound by time; in a good sense it was very relaxed, and I could enjoy sightseeing while relaxing.
You can enjoy interacting while savoring the local atmosphere, so I recommend it to people who want to enjoy Mongolia at a leisurely pace.
There was a delay of about an hour at pick-up, but otherwise it was an enjoyable and satisfying trip.
Bir, the guide in charge this time, livened up the trip all the way with his lively talk.
His stories during the drive and the English guiding at the Chinggis Khaan statue were also very easy to understand, and we learned about Mongolia's history and greatness that we couldn't have experienced on our own.
When I was in trouble because the accommodation fee I had arranged separately had to be paid in US dollars and I had none on me, he accompanied me to the bank and the exchange office, and I was able to get a cash advance smoothly. I am very grateful for the thoughtful attention.
Driving while singing together is also a good memory.
When I go to Mongolia again, I would definitely like to request Bir. Thank you very much.

To whom it may concern,
Thank you for the wonderful tour.
It was my first trip to Mongolia, but through this tour I could feel Mongolia's goodness and the warmth of the Mongolian people, and I was very impressed.
Also, Mr. Arima, who guided us, was wonderful in personality and service, and the trip was fulfilling in every way.
I would like to visit Mongolia in summer someday.
Please give my regards to Mr. Arima.
Thank you very much.

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help.
This is Shiomi, who took part in the 1-night Terelj tour from 7/21.
I apologize that my message of impressions is so late.
We went to Mongolia as a family of three, with my 5-year-old son.
My son had various worries about his first airplane and first trip abroad, but choosing Mongolia and asking Shine Zuuch Travel was truly the right choice!
I chose Mongolia because, while thinking of going somewhere during my child's summer vacation, Mongolia was in its best season, had direct flights from Kansai, the flight is 4.5 hours, it is a treasure house of dinosaurs that my son loves, and I had a longing for gers, so everything matched.
We arranged the hotel and flights ourselves, but since we had little information about transport in a first-time country, we wanted to ask someone for the ger tour, and after searching around we came across you.
Ganzorig answered emails quickly, so I had to spend less time worrying.
There are many options, but relying on where we could rely, I think we enjoyed Mongolia efficiently.
Baagii, who was in charge of the tour, is very knowledgeable and knows Japan well, so we felt very safe.
My son took to him right away, asked various questions and chatted, and seemed to be having a great time.
Even after returning home, he often says he wants to see Baagii again, talks about Baagii and talks about Mongolia a lot.
He even phoned and booked a restaurant we couldn't book ourselves, and it was very delicious and a good memory. Thank you.
When the plane home took off, my son said it was fun... and was sobbing.
It was the first time I had seen him like this, and I think he experienced and felt a lot in those 5 days.
Mongolia has little information available, but it is easy to go even for people not used to overseas travel or with small children, and I'd like to recommend it! With Shine Zuuch it will definitely be a fun trip!
Thank you very much this time.

This is Okuda, who stayed at Steppe Nomads from 9/7 to 9/10.
I'm writing to thank Ankhaa, our driver and guide in Mongolia.
During our stay, the children played with Ankhaa, doing horse riding, playing in the river, archery, basketball and more, and had a great time. Even after parting from Ankhaa, my son was crying, saying "I want to see Ankhaa again. I want to go to Mongolia." I would be grateful if you could convey our gratitude to Ankhaa, together with my son's attached letter.
The meals and experiences at Steppe Nomads were also wonderful, and I think it was right to ask you for the tour.
Thank you very much.

Dear Ganzorig, SHINE ZUUCH TRAVEL
Thank you very much for your help on this tour. On September 6 and 7 we were taken to Terelj with Byan as our guide.
On the first day Byan specially took us to a restaurant outside Ulaanbaatar to eat sheep's head. It was a very valuable experience.
Also, when I said "I like Mongolian hip-hop", on another day he let us meet a rapper. He was a big star, so we were very surprised. It became an unforgettable memory for us. Byan was full of consideration along the way, very playful and humorous, and told us lots of interesting stories about Mongolia. He also took many photos of us, and was the best guide.
Thanks to him, our Mongolia trip became very fulfilling and memorable. Thank you.

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. This is Washio. I returned safely to Tokyo today!
First of all, thank you for putting the tour together! From before booking I had many detailed questions and must have caused you a lot of trouble, but thank you for replying politely every time.
It was my first time in Mongolia, but our guide Bir was very kind, taught me a lot about Mongolia during transfers, answered my questions, and was the best guide!! When our arrival was delayed on the first day because of a flight delay, he had already thought of a different schedule, and always acted flexibly, so I felt very secure on the 8-day tour.
This time we couldn't go to Darkhan, but instead we could stay 2 nights at Terelj National Park, and as a result we were very satisfied!! I really liked the scenery of Terelj National Park!
I heard there are still many attractive places in Mongolia, so next time I'd like to go in winter!! And when that time comes I hope to ask Shine Zuuch Travel again,
so thank you in advance! Thank you very much this time!! Akane Washio

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. This is Kubota. I returned home safely the other day.
Despite adding places I wanted to go to a very tight schedule, the guide drove and guided us long distances from morning till night, thank you very much. It was a memorable and wonderful trip.
Various kindnesses were also thoroughly attended to, and I was able to spend 6 days and 5 nights without stress.
If I have another chance to go to Mongolia, I look forward to working with you again. Kubota

Dear Ganzorig, Shine Zuuch Travel
The one-week tour you looked after this summer was a wonderful time.
Due to our repeated changes in the number of people, various decisions were delayed, and we're sorry for asking for schedule changes many times. Thank you also for the proposals you gave each time.
Once the trip actually began, the guide did not mind changing the schedule, and so that we could enjoy ourselves more we could experience "recommendations that only locals can give" every day. We were worried because we had small children, but thank you to our guide Baagii, who thought about what would be fun precisely for this group, for a wonderful week.
It was not just a week of doing Mongolia sightseeing, but a week in which we felt the sense of openness that only Mongolia has.
(Because there was a local wedding, people from another group who joined us for a few hours on the way all said they were having a very good experience too)
Thank you so much

Dear Ganzorig,
Dear Nanzai,
Dear driver, thank you for looking after us on our Mongolia trip the other day!
From the consultation stage you responded politely to our various questions and requests, so we could proceed with planning with peace of mind.
On site, our guide Nanzai was very kind and explained and helped us carefully.
The driver also drove gently so that the bumps in the road were not felt by the passengers. The gers at Steppe Nomads where we stayed were fully equipped with showers and flush toilets, each clean, with plenty of water volume and temperature, and we were very comfortable.
Around the gers we truly enjoyed Mongolia's spacious steppe, the sky full of stars, nomad life, horse riding and more, and had a lot of fun. Thank you.
It has become a country I want to go back to.
When that time comes, I look forward to working with you again. ^-^ Emi Koyama (Kobayashi High School OB)

Dear Ganzorig of Shine Zuuch Travel, this is Miyawaki.
Thank you very much for your help this time. Thanks to you, we had a very fun and valuable experience.
Gana, Sunche, Bata and Hishige were all very good people, and told us lots of interesting stories. Through Hishige's connections we were also able to meet Professor Kon, which made me very happy. Also, at the ger Bata stopped at, we were shown the real, unadorned daily life of the nomads, a valuable experience. I have one more photo that all of us took together at Tsagaan Suvarga, so I am sending it.
Sorry to trouble you, but could you send it to Sunche and Bata? At the same time, I hear there are still photos taken by Sunche and Bata that we have not received. I was told that if I ask Ganzorig, they can be sent. I'm sorry for the trouble, but would it be possible to send them to me? Email attachments may be too large, so I would be grateful if you could share the files by some other method.
Thank you in advance.

Dear Ganzorig, thank you for your help. This is Kobayashi.
I'm sorry this note of thanks is late, but thank you so much for planning a wonderful tour this time.
Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived in Mongolia, and for the first time on an overseas trip I didn't want to go back to Japan. I was also moved by Bir's hospitality, and it was good that he flexibly accommodated our wishes in various ways during the tour. Even while driving long distances he kept answering our questions, which was great fun!!
This time it was the steppe and desert, but next time I'm curious about the lakes and reindeer, so when the season comes let me consult you about a tour again!
Next time too I'd like to request Bir!! Below are impressions from the friend who traveled with me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This Mongolia trip was really fun, and I sincerely think it was good that I went.
At first I had the casual feeling of wanting to visit the drama filming locations, but the steppe, the Gobi and the animals, everything I saw was wonderful, so much that I quickly forgot about the drama.
Even after returning to Japan I talk about Mongolia every day with Menyan, and I advertise Zuuch Travel and Bir to many acquaintances in Japan.
The 700 km drive to the South Gobi was worrying at first, but everything seen from the car window was fresh and Bir explained everything, so even the travel time was fun. Thank you!!!
I want to ride more horses and reindeer, so next I'd like to go to the west too, and when I do, Bir, please look after us again! Hemi
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That's all, thank you in advance. Kobayashi

Dear Ganzorig,
Dear Sara,
I apologize for the late reply.
Thank you very much for the 2-day, 1-night Terelj National Park tour from August 12. Our guide Sara took great care of us in every detail, and besides sightseeing we could hear stories about life in Mongolia, so it was a very fulfilling experience.
We are very grateful. Please convey our regards.
When we visit Mongolia again, we will contact your company. Thank you. Shimbo

This is Yanagisawa, who you looked after the other day.
Thanks to you it became a very good Mongolia trip.
Also, this time there was a flight postponement, but you responded quickly, which helped.
Also, the driver Durguun was gentle and very kind, and responded not only in English but also in Japanese, even handling things at the tourist camp and simple guiding, so we finished the itinerary without any trouble. We are grateful.
For the horse riding experience too, a person who could speak English accompanied us, so we could do it with peace of mind.
We are grateful that it became a fulfilling Mongolia trip.

Dear Ganzorig,
This is Komura, who took part as 2 people in the 3 days from August 15, MO-2008: Across Mongolia's Vast Land by Continental Train and Private Car to the Gobi Desert. 3 days / 1 night in a ger, English guide accompanies. It was a wonderful tour!
Our guide Tuul was excellent in knowledge and English and made our trip fruitful. Thank you.
On the outbound trip, the car ride from Ulaanbaatar to Sainshand was comfortable and we had no worries about toilets. From the car window we could see Mongolia's great nature and the train running parallel, and we never got bored. At Sainshand, at the Danzanravjaa Museum, we gained knowledge through Tuul's easy-to-understand explanations.
Khamar Monastery, the World Energy Center, fossil dinosaur bones, the meditation caves and the black mountain were all wonderful. Staying in the ger at Sainshand Tent Hotel was also comfortable, and the night sky of stars was wonderful and a memory.
And the sleeper train on the way back, I had always wanted to ride it, so I'm satisfied. Ganzorig who arranged it, Tuul our English guide, the outbound driver, the driver at Sainshand, the driver from Ulaanbaatar Station to the hotel, and all the people of Mongolia, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you very much.
Reminiscing after returning home. Makoto and Masako Komura

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. If it's alright, I will also send my mother's impressions.
A morning when the wind crossing the steppe tickles the skin. Waking up in a nomad's ger in Mongolia, you hear the sound of hooves from outside. The sight of many horses coming home in a line over the hill lit by the morning sun, as if by agreement, was breathtakingly magical. The yaks that had wandered the vast land during the day return to the ger as the sun sets.
Gathering around the warm dishes made by the nomad grandmother and wife, and spending the night recalling the day's events, had a warmth where hearts could connect even without words.
Life in the ger teaches you the richness of being with nature. Riding a horse as the sun rises, touring the steppe feeling the wind, milking cows, and then at night, time flows quietly under a sky full of stars. The sky dyed by the dawn, the dusk when the yaks return, all of it is part of Mongolia's great nature. The days spent touching the lives of the nomads and wrapped in their warmth became wonderful memories I will never forget.
I think that was because of the care and warm heart of Zaya, the Mongolian guide who was like an old friend.
I want to go again. Mother

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. This is Sumigama, who you looked after on the tour from August 12 to 16.
Thank you very much for looking after us on our Mongolia trip.
On this trip we had valuable experiences touching majestic nature and culture.
I cannot forget that behind this were the careful consideration and efforts of Ganzorig, the driver Chor, and the two guides.
In particular, the road conditions on site were harsher than expected, and there were times a tire was punctured and the vehicle could not move for a while. However, the driver Chor and the guides responded calmly and quickly, and we were able to continue the trip safely. We were deeply moved by that attitude, and felt reassurance along with deep trust. It was also impressive that they attended carefully not only to our group but to the group touring at the same time in another car.
The constantly watchful and considerate service must have given each participant comfort and satisfaction.
Although the driver is at the stage of accumulating experience, we were impressed to see a truly professional attitude.
Thanks to everyone at your company, we could fully enjoy Mongolia's nature and build memorable experiences with peace of mind.
Through this experience, I would like to confidently recommend your company's tours to acquaintances and friends.
I want many people to experience a wonderful trip. Once again, I offer my heartfelt thanks.
We wish for your continued prosperity and the good health of all the staff. Sumigama

To the Mongolia travel company,
This motorbike tour became a very memorable trip for me. Touring Mongolia's great nature was a very valuable experience.
Also, I thank Chihige, Dok, the very kind guide with tied-up hair who spoke excellent English (I can't recall his name), and Chihige's husband, all good people who responded appropriately to bike trouble on the way. Chihige said there is a wonderful place like Mongolia's Switzerland in the north of Mongolia, so I'd like to tour the north next time. I again thank the wonderful staff and that we could tour safely. Please give everyone my regards.

Dear Ganzorig of Zuuch Travel,
Dear Mugi,
Dear driver, thank you for your help.
This is Ota, who asked for a South Gobi guide from August 10 to 12. I returned home safely today. It was a really fun, dream-like 3 days and 2 nights.
To Ganzorig who answered our questions many times before we went, Mugi who guided us perfectly, and the driver who drove the long road without any accident to the end, thank you all so much. Mugi told us a lot about Mongolia's history and more, and it was a very fun trip. After we parted my daughter cried loudly, saying "Mugi-saaan". My son too, though they didn't share a language, was treated well by the driver, and we can only be grateful. The children boast that they will live in Mongolia (lol)
If we have a chance to go to Mongolia again, we would definitely like to ask your company. My daughter says she wants Mugi as the guide (lol)
Please look after us again if there is a chance. It was truly the best trip. Thank you.
2025/08/13 (Wed) 14:41
Thanks to you, the 3-day, 2-night trip included Karakorum, as well as Shankh Monastery and the hot springs, which we greatly enjoyed, and it was a trip beyond expectations. Thank you for the arrangements.
Also, the very sincere and courteous service of our guide Hosso, and the stories he told during the long journey about real, non-textbook life, culture, values and history, were an interesting experience that nothing can replace. They enriched our understanding of this trip and of Mongolia. Even in the traffic jam on the way back, thanks to his quick wit it did not get so bad and we arrived safely.
I would like to express my thanks to Hosso too, and if possible I would be grateful if you could forward this email to him as it is.
Also, we probably left something behind in the car, but please tell him not to worry about it.
I definitely want to revisit this fascinating, profound Mongolia.
Thank you always for your prompt and smooth responses and contact. A quick note of thanks for now.

Dear Ganzorig,
We finished our Mongolia trip and returned home safely.
The choice of homestay and the guide were both wonderful and we are very satisfied.
Our three children ran around the steppe chasing chickens with the nomad children, played soccer, tag and a handmade swing to their hearts' content, and were very satisfied. Being allowed to do housework together, such as cooking traditional dishes and washing up, was also a valuable experience.
While we stayed at the nomad home, it happened that a relative of the host family was having a wedding, and we were allowed to go along. An open-air wedding on the grand steppe was refreshing. The gifts for the bride and groom are horses and carpets! On the way back we stopped at Hustai National Park and could see a herd of wild takhi horses up close, which was also moving.
The endless steppe, and the sky opening from a night full of stars, healed us.
Ulaanbaatar's traffic jams were terrible and there were various troubles (inevitable with travel), but we had a good experience that outweighed them. The children also seem to have grown a notch.
Thank you very much. Hiroshima

We returned home safely yesterday. Thanks to you, during the trip we fully enjoyed Mongolia's great nature, touched Mongolia's history and culture, and had a wonderful experience.
Also, Sodoo, our driver and guide, looked after us very well, and we can only be grateful.
We would like to convey the thanks of both of us again, so please pass them on.
Already we very much want to revisit Mongolia.
We may be indebted to your company again then. Please look after us at that time.

This is Tokuhisa.
I returned home safely yesterday, so I am writing both to let you know and to thank you.
On this 8-day trip around the Gobi and Ulaanbaatar (city and suburbs), Birguun looked after me for the first 6 days and Bayan for the last 2 days.
Both were very friendly, and besides accompanying me as guides, communication on the way was very enjoyable.
They also taught me lots of recommended spots for taking photos and flying my drone, and I was able to capture on film many scenes I couldn't have shot alone.
The spots we visited too, such as the shining sandy land seen from the Khongor Sand Dunes, the endless horizon seen from the Bayanzag cliffs, and the great plain of Terelj Park seen the day before returning home, let me witness exactly the Mongolian spectacular scenery I had imagined, and it was a highly satisfying trip.
When I visit Mongolia again, I would like to be looked after by Shine Zuuch Travel. Thank you this time.
2025/07/05 (Sat) 18:54
Thank you for dealing with the sudden trouble this morning.
Has Sod been involved in an accident or anything? I'm worried.
Sod took very good care of us. I feel sad that we couldn't say goodbye.
I would like you to pass on: "It was my first time in Mongolia, but thanks to Sod I could really enjoy the trip. I'm grateful that he cared about me when I felt unwell. It was so fun that I'd like to ask Sod to guide us the next time we come to Mongolia. Please stay well, and thank you very much. (Asahi, Chihiro)" Thank you in advance.

Dear Ganzorig,
June 29, 5 nights / 6 days South Gobi to Central Gobi Filming Location Tour
We had a very fun, dream-like time.
We are very grateful to Ankhaa, guide and driver, who responded with a smile to even our selfish requests throughout the whole itinerary. Being able to enjoy a grand tour of the South Gobi was the best. We also want to thank the nomad family whose ger we visited and who gladly made us a very delicious lunch.
On the third day, on the road to the Khongor Sand Dunes, Sukhe drove safely. The ride on the off-road (gravel) was like an amusement park attraction and fun. I have a friend who wants to go to the South Gobi, so I would like to introduce this wonderful tour.
Thank you so much for looking after us. Thank you.

Dear Ganzorig, Shine Zuuch Travel
Thank you for your help. This is Inaba. I returned to Japan safely the other day.
From 6/15 to 18, despite a very tight schedule covering Yolyn Am Valley, Khongor Sand Dunes, Bayanzag, Ongi Monastery and Karakorum, I am very grateful to Ganzorig for flexibly incorporating our requests into the itinerary. Also, I cannot thank Soto and Bir enough for keeping the drive comfortable and safe throughout despite the long-distance travel.
Both are not only fluent in English but also have broad, rich knowledge of Mongolia's nature, culture, lifestyle and infrastructure, so I kept bombarding them with questions and relying on them in various ways, but thanks to them it became a very fun and meaningful Mongolia trip. And above all, I came to love Mongolia even more than before.
Thank you so much. I thank you again. If we have another chance, I look forward to working with you again.
Please give my regards to Soto and Bir. Маш их баярлалаа. Hiroto Inaba

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you very much for looking after us this time.
We spent a few dream-like days.
Our guide Amgaa and the driver also took very good care of us.
Besides guiding us through the tour, they answered our constant questions, and our interest in Mongolia grew even deeper.
The care for my elderly grandmother (in her 80s) was more than ample, and we all spent the time in good health without injury.
The experience that stayed with me most was driving by car along trackless paths through great nature.
The driver's outstanding skill and Amgaa's explanations were all wonderful, and we enjoyed nature to the fullest!
We rode horses, climbed a small mountain, and stayed in a ger, enjoying nature, while in urban Ulaanbaatar we toured museums, went shopping and had many experiences.
This too is thanks to the flexible handling of everything, including the tour contents and meals.
Next time we visit, we would definitely like to ask your company again.
(In the family we are arguing over whether to go to western Mongolia or the southern Gobi Desert, lol)
I imagine you will stay busy, but please take care of yourselves.
Thank you very much.

Dear Ganzorig,
Dear Egi,
Thank you very much for looking after us on the 2-day, 1-night nomad homestay tour.
Our guide Egi was very kind, and in the evening we talked together and he taught us about Mongolian culture and more, so we really enjoyed the trip.
Besides horse riding, we happened to visit on the day the ger was being moved, and we had a very valuable experience, such as helping dismantle the ger.
It is more reasonable than other travel companies and the service was very courteous, so I would like to recommend it to everyone.
Thank you very much.

Dear Birguun,
This is Yanagisawa, whom you guided in Terelj and Ulaanbaatar from 6/10 to 14.
Thanks to Bir taking us to places not in the plan and his attentive support, we were able to make it a very fun trip. Being able to talk about all sorts of things during the trip is also an unforgettable memory.
I love overseas travel and have been to various countries, but this Mongolia trip became something special.
My father was also very satisfied, and says he is really glad we had such a good guide.
Someday I would like to visit Mongolia again with Bir as our guide.
Thank you very much.

Hello. I arrived safely in Japan.
Thank you very much for looking after us this time.
It was really fun: you responded quickly to our requests to do this and that, prepared lavish meals and ate with us, and took us to various places in Ulaanbaatar. And above all, traveling with our guide Gana was truly so much fun, and I will never forget that we both cried when we parted from our guide. I think that I came to want to come to Mongolia again is thanks to Gana and Zuuch Travel.
From now on I would like to help liven up Mongolia, so please tell me if there is anything I can do.
Thank you very much.

To the person in charge,
Thank you for your help.
Thank you for carrying out the tour this time.
My friend and I experienced a wonderful Mongolia trip.
The guide was also professional
and surprisingly fluent in English,
so we could stay without any inconvenience at all.
I came to love Mongolia,
so I would like to visit again!
Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Thank you very much for your help this time.
We were able to enjoy the trip on every day of the itinerary.
The two guides, and also the three women who accompanied us.
Thank you very much.
It seems VIVANT is going to be broadcast again with a new season, so it looks like I will have a chance to go to Mongolia again.
When that time comes, I look forward to working with you again.

I'm late with my thanks.
From 4/21 to 4/25, a big journey west and south to Tsenkher Hot Springs and Sainshand by car and sleeper train. It was the best.
Ganzorig, thank you for the repeated consultations and proposals on the tour itinerary.
Baagii: your attentive care and consideration for my health, your flexible responses, and the many conversations we had
He was a dependable guide with rich guiding experience and good at taking smartphone photos, and I could entrust everything to him with peace of mind.
A hot spring while looking at the forest in great nature
Breakfast at a nomad's home (especially the deliciousness of the homemade yogurt) and being able to see a little of their life
A herd of takhi, and the sleeper train journey
At Sainshand I absorbed the energy into my whole body, passed through the rebirth cave, and returned home reborn.
I asked to go to local restaurants, and all the meals were Mongolian food
I tried various dishes.
Moving through snowfall and a sandstorm-like strong wind is also a fun memory.
In the spare time before boarding the sleeper train, you took me to a sauna,
and being able to have a sauna experience in Ulaanbaatar of all places was fun too
At Sainshand we also met up with Amgaa and others who were guiding another group,
and being able to celebrate Amgaa's birthday together, it was a trip of gratitude for many encounters
It has become a country I want to visit again. I look forward to working with you then.
After returning to Osaka, I also went to the Mongolia pavilion at the Osaka Expo
At a museum in Tenri, Nara, a Chinggis Khaan family tree is on public view for a limited time.
Being the world's largest family tree at 5 m in diameter, it was truly spectacular

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. I returned home safely yesterday.
During the long one-week itinerary, thanks to our guide Baatar I was able to finish the trip happily.
Baatar overcame many breakdown troubles and drove about 1,500 km including the trip to the South Gobi, and we are very grateful that he livened up our trip.
On the trip we also experienced things we cannot in Japan, such as the desert and a camel experience, and above all life in the ger was fresh.
Thank you for giving us a valuable experience.
If there is a chance, I would like to ask you again.
Thank you very much.

Shine Zuuch Travel
Dear person in charge,
This is Kajimura, whom Baagii looked after from 4/29 to 5/4.
Yesterday we finished the whole itinerary and returned to Ulaanbaatar.
He responded flexibly to the weather and our wishes,
and although I was somewhat anxious at first about traveling with three children including a 4-year-old,
his consideration was wonderful not only for us but for the children,
and thinking that without Baagii the children could not have enjoyed it this much, I am filled with gratitude.
I also thank Ganzorig for assigning Baagii to us.
Because the guide is given some discretion rather than just a fixed schedule, this was my first tour that flexibly handled our on-the-spot requests.
As a result, we are extremely satisfied.
I sincerely think it was good that we came to Mongolia and truly good that we chose Shine Zuuch as the tour company.
Thanks to you, our family liked Mongolia very much,
and we are already talking about where in Mongolia to go next!
Thank you very much.

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help.
This is Fukushima, who took part in the Gobi Desert tour from 4/21 to 24.
I returned home safely.
Thank you for arranging a wonderful tour this time.
Our guide Puujee also took very good care of us, and it was fun.
Please look after us again next time we visit.

Thank you for your help. This is Takahashi.., who took part in the 4/27-28 Karakorum tour.
We have just returned safely and arrived at our respective homes, so I am reporting. We are very grateful to our guide Lkhagva and driver Agi. Thanks to the courteous guidance of the two, we were overwhelmed by Mongolia's majestic plains and had a very fresh experience.
Thank you very much for looking after us. We will be in your care again when we visit Mongolia.

Thank you for your help.
I returned home today. Thank you for planning the tour. Although it was a stay of only a few days, it became a better trip than imagined. Our guide Baagii was very friendly and easy to talk to, and taught us a lot about Mongolia's history and culture, making for a very fulfilling tour. He also repeatedly looked after us in the cold, and thanks to him it was a comfortable trip. The Mongolian people were all kind, and the food was all delicious.
Asking Shine Zuuch for this tour was exactly the right call. Since we visited in winter this time, I'd like to go to Mongolia in summer too. Then I would definitely like to ask you again.
Thank you very much this time.

Hello
Thank you very much for looking after us on the tour
Thank you
This time I took part in the tour staying in a nomad ger.
Blue sky, green steppe, white ger, beautiful starry sky, the smiles of the nomad family... I can't put it into words. They were the best few days.
Mongolia, which I had long admired, turned out to be a place even more wonderful than expected.
I remembered how I felt as a child.
I'd like to go to Mongolia again next year.
Then I'd like to join a tour again.
Finally, our guide Agii was very kind. He multiplied the fun of the tour many times over.
Thank you.

To Shine Zuuch Travel,
Hello. Thank you for the wonderful trip the other day. There were many first-time experiences and it was a very satisfying trip.
The guides were also very kind. Thanks to you, we were able to spend 10 days enjoyably without worry.
I hope to go to Mongolia again someday, and when that time comes I look forward to working with you again.

Thank you for arranging such a wonderful tour for this trip.
I returned safely to Japan on the 23rd.
Our driver Tulga was not only a driver but guided us to the sights and taught us a lot about Mongolia.
Communicating in English with Tulga was no problem, and it was a tour without inconvenience. It is no exaggeration to say that becoming friends with Tulga was the best memory of the trip. Thank you for making adjustments within my limited budget.
While talking with Tulga, I learned there are attractive places we could not visit on this trip. I haven't decided yet when I will next go to Mongolia, but if I have a chance to travel in Mongolia again, I would be very happy to contact Shine Zuuch Travel and travel with Tulga.
This time I also had a hard experience because of the cold, so I'm thinking of going in July or August.
Once again, thank you for providing this wonderful, special tour. I would be grateful if you could pass my thanks on to Tulga again.

Baagii, cc Ganzorig
This is Kadowaki, who took part in the tour of Karakorum and other places from 8/21.
I returned safely to Japan. During the trip, you responded firmly and flexibly even to our further requests, and when I asked questions about life in Mongolia in the car you explained in detail, so beyond sightseeing I enjoyed it twice as much.
Of course the sightseeing at Karakorum and elsewhere also exceeded my initial expectations, and with a succession of landscapes and experiences that can't be seen in Japan, it felt like a waste to sleep (lol). If anyone wants to go to Mongolia, I would definitely recommend Shine Zuuch Travel. Thank you for your help.
* Presumptuous of me, but just in case, if you publish this on a customer voices page, I would appreciate it if both surname and first name could be anonymous or initials.

Dear Ganzorig,
Good morning.
I'm letting you know that I paid Alimaa $235 yesterday.
Thank you very much for the Gobi Desert tour and the Terelj day tour.
The 4-day, 3-night Gobi Desert tour in particular was very good and became an unforgettable trip. Please give my regards to our guide Otgoo.
I return home on tomorrow's flight, but thank you so much for everything. If I have another chance to come to Mongolia, I would definitely like to ask Shine Zuuch.
I will also introduce you to a Japanese JICA person living here
. Thank you for everything.
Ganzorig, please keep up the good work and stay well.

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. This is Nakamichi. Ogi, the driver and guide in charge of our Gobi Desert tour this time, responded wonderfully, and I am emailing because I would like you to convey our gratitude.
He understood well the mindset of us, whose main purpose was photography, and even when time ran over he never rushed us and let us shoot until we were satisfied.
Also, even when things didn't go as planned because of weather or trouble, he always thought of and proposed ways to recover, and responded flexibly so that we could enjoy it to the end and go home. He also gave us lots of advice on how to spend time in the ger and how to shoot, and did more than a guide.
He entertained us throughout the long-distance travel too, and I truly think it was good that we could travel together for 4 days. I have experienced other tours on this trip too,
but Ogi was the best of any guide.
I think it is rare to find someone so excellent, who understands the way of thinking of us foreigners so well, and can think and act so that we enjoy it all the way. We are grateful that you assigned us such a wonderful guide.
Thank you. I would be grateful if you could also convey our gratitude to Ogi. Nakamichi..

Hello.
It has become my last night in Mongolia. As I told Amgaa too, thank you so much for everything.
I'm really glad Amgaa was my guide this time. The Mongolian vibes, which deliberately don't use foreigner-style communication just because I'm a foreigner, were so easy and natural for me! I'm grateful that he treated me like a friend rather than as a guide and customer.
He adjusted to fulfill my wishes as much as possible, and above all he played well with my mischievous daughter and was kind to her. Even after saying goodbye, my daughter says "Amgaa, Amgaa" every day. (lol) At the guesthouse where I'm staying now, I also recommended Shine Zuuch Travel to foreigners.
Ganzorig, his boss, please give Amgaa a high rating! (lol) Also, I'm too curious and basically don't want to come to the same country twice, but Mongolia is the first place where I felt I wanted to come again.
Next time in winter. I will definitely come back to touch the way of life and the hearts of the nomads (^^) Thank you. Kasai...

[Course Code: FIT0726072802] Thank you for your help. I returned to Japan yesterday as planned. I had a wonderful experience on the Khovd tour this time. Thank you. I was especially impressed by the hospitality of the guide and driver, so I would like you to convey my thanks. Mongolian is difficult, and I couldn't tell who was from the ger and who was part of the tour, but all of them, the people at the ger and those who helped with riding, treated us very well, and we had a comfortable, enjoyable time. (The good weather was also a big factor.) Thank you.

Thank you for the 3 days, 2 nights. The 3 days were really good. I could feel Mongolia's great nature and power. It was a short itinerary so the driving must have been hard. Thanks also to the guide and driver. I was able to do everything I wanted. I never thought camel skin would be so soft. It was so cute. Mongolia was the best. Thank you. Yamada..

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help this time. I just arrived in Seoul.
It was our first time in Mongolia with children, and at first I was worried whether the children could adapt to life and food, but my expectations were completely overturned, and the children were the real stars of this trip. They seem to have been greatly stimulated by the 3 days of touching the lives of people different from Japan and of the nomads. I am also truly grateful for the kind service of our guide Alima.
Thank you for providing my family with a wonderful experience and time!

To Shine Zuuch Travel,
Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you always for your help.
I returned safely to Japan today. Thanks to your handling of the schedule change due to my son's sudden illness, our whole family was able to spend a very enjoyable time.
We are very grateful. It was our second time in Mongolia and my son's first, but our guide Saro and the drivers took care of us in many ways and we could travel with peace of mind. My son has been abroad three times, but says Mongolia was the most fun.
Horse riding, which he was so afraid of in Japan, he could enjoy thanks to the guide, and a full day of trekking seemed to be interesting. Seeing our son's growth made it a trip full of emotion for us too. Amgaa, who looked after us five years ago, could not meet us this time because of our schedule change, but he phoned us despite being busy and we could renew our old acquaintance. We promised to meet Amgaa again, and our son says he definitely wants to come again, so next time we would like to try the Gobi.
At that time too, we would like to ask Shine Zuuch Travel, so we look forward to working with you. Thank you this time!

I returned safely to Japan today. From the time of booking I asked everyone many questions and caused various inconveniences, but thank you so much for providing a fun tour. This was actually my third Mongolia trip, but this was the most fun. I was overwhelmed and moved by Mongolia's majestic scenery. I was happy to see many animals. Our guide Uchka and driver Amar were both very kind, and traveling together was fun. So parting was hard and I felt very lonely. Thank you so much for looking after us. Next time I'd like to go to Mongolia again on a different tour. Please give my regards to Uchka and Amar. (I am attaching photos taken during the trip.) Thank you so much.

This is AMI..., who you toured with from 4/27 to 29. (I couldn't fully convey my thanks, so I'd be happy if you could pass this message to him in person.) The 3 days were an unforgettable time!! Even though traffic was very difficult in the first half because of fog and heavy snow, you pushed yourself, and I'm truly grateful. Thanks also to the person who drove part of the way. We had a comfortable and moving tour. To see the most beautiful scenery, I will definitely go to Mongolia again!! I'll take revenge!! Thanks to everyone at Shine Zuuch Travel including Sodoo, I came to love Mongolia! Thank you!!

Dear Ganzorig,
Thank you for your help. This is Oshima..
I returned home yesterday, 3/17.
Thank you very much for the Sainshand tour this time.
It was very fun to ride the night train and see the desert I had long admired, but above all our guide Amga was a wonderful person, and it became a wonderful experience.
The clarity of his explanations of sightseeing spots, his wealth of knowledge, and the fact that Amga had friends everywhere we went, letting us see the "vibe" of Mongolian people, is surely something we couldn't have experienced with other guides or tour companies.
Mongolia's hardware, such as its great nature, history and the cityscape of Ulaanbaatar, is of course wonderful, but on this trip we were able to touch the software: how Mongolians value their friends and their warmth.
I definitely want to come to Mongolia again. At that time I would like to ask Shine Zuuch Travel and Amga.
Thank you very much.

It was a trip I was completely satisfied with and made many memories, so I am emailing to say thank you.
Especially our guide Amgaa.
During the trip I made various requests, but he gladly accepted and arranged them immediately. His always flexible responses helped.
The driver Baskar was also gentle and serious, and though he says little, I thought that made him all the more trustworthy for foreigners.
The guide and driver were a nice combination, and every day was very fun.

We appreciate the attentive consideration. Please also tell the person in charge that the customer was

Right now Japanese dramas feature a lot of Mongolian footage, so it's a bit of a boom. I watch them thinking there is still a lot of Mongolia I don't know
so Ulaanbaatar must have changed a lot. I was surprised that the capital has scenery with an amusement park, well-kept roads,

Dear Ganzorig,
I returned safely to Japan.
Thanks to Ganzorig and our guide Sod, it became a very fun and fulfilling Mongolia trip.
Thank you very much.
On site Sod responded flexibly, and I think it became a fun trip more packed than the original schedule.
This time we had children aged 4 and 9, and Sod took care of us in many ways, which I'm very grateful for.
Besides his guide work, he played a lot with the children, which must have been harder than usual guiding.
The children also seem to have had a reeeeally good time.
Thank you very much.
Also, before departure, thanks to Ganzorig making the email exchanges smooth, I could head to Mongolia with peace of mind.
(Since fraud has been rampant in Japan lately, if communication hadn't been smooth I would have gone to Mongolia with anxiety.)
Both Ganzorig and Sod understand the nature of Japanese people better than Japanese do, respond smoothly and are considerate, and I think this is a very good travel company.
I would definitely like to recommend it to Japanese people about to go to Mongolia.
And when we go to Mongolia again, we would definitely like to ask Shine Zuuch Travel again.
Thank you very much this time.

Dear President Ganzorig of Shine Zuuch Travel,
Thank you for your help.
"Thank you for a very enjoyable and wonderful trip this time.
I live in China, and this time I was planning to enter Ulaanbaatar from Shanghai via Beijing,
Thanks to your quickly adjusting the whole itinerary and times with just a phone call with President Ganzorig the day before,
This time, wanting to stay in a real nomad's ger, we stayed in a nomad's ger with children (aged 5 and 3),
Everyone told us to "spend the time like family", and although it was short, we could relax and live steppe life
We are very grateful to the nomad family and all the guides.
Next time I'd like to go to Ulaanbaatar in a good climate season.
At that time I look forward to working with you again.
Please give my regards to everyone."

This time, because of a typhoon we couldn't transit in Korea, and as a result arrived in Ulaanbaatar one day late,
so we took part in the 13th Century Village tour on the 9th.

game in the ger was fun.

Everyone sincerely thanks you. Thank you!!
Dear Ganzorig!!
Even though we were a large group of 11, thank you so much for always attending to details!
The welcome dinner and the final lavish dinner were both delicious and everyone could relax and enjoy themselves.
We also thank you for your efforts in dealing with the airline.
You said you may come to Japan, so please be sure to let us know. The hot springs of Oita and we will be waiting for you!!
We'll be waiting for you~!!!
Dear Altai!!
Thank you for your courteous handling from before departure.
Everyone fully enjoyed the welcome at the nomad's ger, the Chinggis Khaan equestrian statue, Turtle Rock sightseeing and more.
We are grateful that everyone was really good to us in the dealings with the airline.
Dear Ogi!!
Thank you for looking after us. I think that everyone reaching the summit this time was possible because you were there!
Your cheerfulness and sincerity, your very attentive consideration, and your dealings with the people of Blue Wolf locally were very dependable!!
We are a mountaineering group formed 50 years ago, and Mr. Oki..., whom you supported, is our master. Everyone sincerely thanks you. Thank you!! If you come to Japan, we'll be waiting for you to get in touch!!! Standing on the summit with you is the best memory!!!
Everyone, next time we visit Mongolia we definitely want to be in your care.
We look forward to working with you again. See you!!!

Thank you for your hard work.
The South Gobi tour from 8/16 to 8/21 this time was very fun, with experiences not possible in Japan: traveling across the grand steppe seeing grazing animals, climbing the Khongor Sand Dunes, and living in a ger. We also got along well with our guide Gamba and driver Bold and the others, they helped us in many ways, and taught us about Mongolia's history and culture, and I feel it was a very good trip.
Thank you for providing a fun trip. If there is a chance, we look forward to working with you again.

Dear Shine Zuuch Travel,
This is Kawakami, whom you looked after from July 28 to August 4.
This time we had two small children and were a little worried, but both guides, in the South Gobi and in Ulaanbaatar, took care of us in various ways and responded flexibly, and we could travel happily.
Thank you. Please give my regards to the two guides and the driver.
When the children are a little older, we'd like to try other regions too.
At that time we will probably ask you to arrange it again, so thank you in advance.

Dear Shine Zuuch Travel,
This is Tsubo., who used your service on the Mongolia trip the other day.
On the Undurshiret nomad homestay from 4/30 to 5/2, the driver Odko Shine-Od and the interpreter Дайчин Монгол took very good care of us.
The two were very kind, gentle and funny.
I am grateful that thanks to these two we could have the best Mongolia trip.
The Mongolia trip I went on, guided by the two of them, has become a truly precious treasure in my life.
Please give my regards to Odko and Дайчин.

Dear Ganzorig
This is T*** M***.
Since this was my second time I conveyed various selfish requests, but thank you for fulfilling my wishes.
The guide I had hoped for quickly solved problems and was attentively considerate, and the driver was the same person as last time, so I could entrust everything with peace of mind and was very happy to meet again.
And the homestay, which I had mainly requested this time, gave me fulfilling days.
The father who offered drinks with few words, the mother who was a good talker and served different dishes every day, and the days spent chatting with the children, relatives and friends coming and going were very fun.
Please give everyone my best regards.
Also, I suppose the cold season continues in Mongolia too. Please take care of yourselves.
And I pray you have a wonderful New Year.
A quick note of thanks for now.
Thank you very much.

Homestay at a nomad's ger, horse riding on the grand steppe, visiting World Heritage sites... everything was a valuable experience.
Thank you for putting together a wonderful tour.
I'm glad I met the homestay family, the guide A***, and the driver Bo***. I want to see them again.
Thank you very much.
When I go to Mongolia again, I'd like to ask you again.
Thank you very much.

Dear Ganzorig,
This is Takako ****, who you looked after for 5 days from 10/1.
Despite my sudden request, thank you for arranging staff and accommodation and so on.
It was not only a Mongolia trip but a memorable trip where I could be involved with "warm people", something that is hard to feel in my home country.
In particular Amgaa, Tugi and the driver at Sainshand responded to each situation. I am also grateful for the many attentive kindnesses of the other staff.
When I visit Mongolia again, I look forward to working with you again.
Since I cannot tell them directly, I once again ask you to give my regards to the staff.
A quick note of thanks for now

Thank you so much for being so considerate in many ways this time.
Thanks to all of you, it was a wonderful trip! I am healed whenever I look at the photos taken there.
Especially at Lake Khuvsgul, Sara and the driver Bolt took very good care of us. I would be grateful if you could pass on our regards to the two of them.
All of your company's guides were punctual and reliable, which helped a lot. It is a pity we could not meet Ganzorig, but I sincerely wish your company even greater prosperity.
I hope to revisit someday. Everyone, please
take good care of yourselves. With thanks!

Dear Shine Zuuch Travel,
From June 24 I went on "Aim for the Old Capital Karakorum: Horse Riding Trekking, with Ulaanbaatar City Sightseeing, 8 Days"
I achieved a long-admired, romantic goal and am very satisfied to have spent such a fulfilling time.
That was thanks to Nanzai, the English-guided tour guide, Oita, support staff and cook in the car, and Zorgoi?, the nomad horse handler. Three local staff supported just me, and it was an unforgettable handmade trip.
Mongolia has great nature that Japan does not, and people live enjoying it, so one cannot help but follow it.
While traveling, I myself could be thoroughly immersed in it.
I recommend that many young Japanese leave artificial environments and take a trip like this.

Dear Shine Zuuch Travel,
Amgaa and Soto looked after us for 3 days.
Thanks to the two of you traveling with us, it was a very enjoyable stay in Mongolia.
They carefully asked where we wanted to go and attended to details from meals to the safety of the lodging, which was very reassuring.
Also, Amgaa and Soto always spoke cheerfully, which made us feel happy too.
It was a short stay, but Amgaa told us a lot about the ancient history and Mongolia's different looks by season, so it made me want to visit Mongolia in another season.
At that time I hope to be in the care of Amgaa and Soto again.
I wanted to give the two of them a thank-you gift, but I regret that I failed to prepare one.
Please tell them we are very grateful.

TANAKA *****
Thank you for your help.
I returned safely from Ulaanbaatar yesterday.
Thanks to Magnai's kind guidance I could travel very happily.
Thank you very much.
At both the Bogd Khan Park Manzushir Monastery ruins and Hustai Nature Park,
we were blessed with weather and enjoyed calm snow scenery.
From Magnai's talks I could also understand the current life and issues of Ulaanbaatar citizens.
We could not visit a nomad home or ride horses, but it was a very meaningful trip.
Next I would like to visit Khentii Province in summer and touch real nomadic life.
If there is a chance, I look forward to working with you again.
Please give my regards to Magnai.
